Expect some hustle, but it’s organized! Here’s how it works:
1. Name Tags – One team rep (coach, manager, or player) picks up name tags from the lobby and hands them out.
2. Line Up – when your full team has arrived and received their name tags, Players line up behind the photographer.
3. Photos – Each player takes:
One quick ID photo (holding their name tag).
1–3 posed photos directed by the photographer.
4. Back to Practice – That’s it! Most teams are done in under 5 minutes.
Do you take team photos?
Yes — but not the traditional kind. We create team photos using compositing in post-production. This allows us to:
- Pose and light each player consistently.
- Work around space limitations.
- Accommodate players who may not arrive at the scheduled time.
- Deliver a polished final result that looks better than a rushed group shot.
What if I’m late and miss my team’s slot?
No problem. Because we composite the team photo, you’ll still be included. Just check in with the photographer as soon as you arrive, and we’ll get your photo taken.
Will there be a long line?
Probably — but don’t worry. Even big lines move quickly. Most teams finish in approximately 5 minutes, so your wait will be shorter than it looks.
What if I can’t make it? Do I get a refund?
We do not offer refunds for missed photo sessions. We may potentially schedule one makeup day (though not guaranteed), so please check your calendar before purchasing.
I forgot to pre-order. Can I still buy photos?
Yes! Photos can still be ordered after photo day, but prices increase by 10% once the pre-order deadline passes.
